This is a state-of-the-art marketing office for DLF. We completed this project in Chennai in 2021. This project was handed over to us on trust of our expertise in pre-fabricated structures, that we would have no room for customer dissatisfaction.
This is an iconic office in Chennai as it gives an astonishing finish, a class apart from conventional buildings. This would be an example of doing futuristic yet sustainable construction. The built-in area consists of conference halls, meeting rooms, server room, working cabins, working desks, landscaping, kids' play area, incoming water tank, and septic tank. A complete package, inner and outer walls are cladded, and texture paintings have been completed, including civil works.
