50 Bedded hospital, complete turnkey solutions, civil foundation, Challenges: Heavy rain, was not able to enter the site because of the rain and location of the site, we were set back but managed to deliver the site on time. Keeping trees standing while designing the plan, Pressmach saved nature, 20 trees.
This was one of the most challenging projects of our team. The project was aimed for a complete turkey solution for a 50 bedded hospital. In our first site visit we noticed a lot of trees on site and our team decided to give a design solution keeping the trees. We faced many challenges in doing so. To add, the site was receiving heavy rainfall during the time of the project and our team was unable to enter the site. We were in a setback, but our team took it as a challenge and delivered the project in just 90 days. A complete turnkey solution for a hospital with facilities like Pediatrics, ICU ,HBU(M) (F) , isolated and oxygen generated wards ,Donning and doffing area was something new in prefab area. The facility was mainly done in a PUF panel with civil foundation. Our client was exceptionally happy with our work.
